About the Role:

Our client is a fast-growing tours & travel company based in Nairobi seeking a creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join their team. If you’re a recent graduate with hands-on experience in social media, WordPress, and graphic design, this is your chance to shine!

You’re the Ideal Candidate If You:

• Hold a diploma/degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Have managed social media pages (business/personal accounts accepted).
• Are proficient in WordPress (updates, blogs, basic troubleshooting).
• Can design flyers, banners & ads (Adobe Illustrator/Canva experience required).
• Have basic photography/video editing skills (for social media content).
• Have a portfolio (showcasing flyers, social campaigns, or WordPress sites you’ve managed).
• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create & schedule engaging posts, reels, and promotional content.
• Design marketing materials (flyers, ads, email graphics) using Illustrator, Photoshop /Canva.
• Update & maintain WordPress website (post blogs, optimize content).
• Assist in photo/video shoots for tours/destinations (edit for social media).
• Track performance metrics and suggest creative engagement strategies.
